Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return product without a return authorization number to note on the return package.
If you haven’t received a refund for your return, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account to confirm the refund hasn’t been posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Reach out to your bank, since there is often a processing period before refunds are fully posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at askaai@americanathletic.com for a return authorization. Do not return product without a return authorization number to note on the return package.
